How long does shipping take?
Every piece is printed on demand, just for you. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then shipping time is added on top – typically 3–5 business days within Europe. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Our production partner prints in several regions (including the EU and US), so your order is usually produced close to you – which means faster delivery and lower emissions.
Which size should I choose?
Our tees and hoodies have a comfortable unisex fit and are true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed look. You'll find a detailed size chart on every product page.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes – you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy for the details and how to start a return. If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us with a photo and we'll replace it free of charge.
How do I care for my shirt or hoodie?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low. Don't iron directly on the print. Treated well, your print will stay vibrant for years.
Who creates the designs?
All designs are hand-drawn by us – Sandra and Christof, two graphic designers from South Tyrol. Every motif is inspired by a real place in the mountains we love. Read our story.
