Shipping Policy

Every Silly Craic piece is printed on demand – made just for you after you place your order. No overproduction, no waste – but it means your order takes a little longer than off-the-shelf fashion.

1. Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated by destination and parcel weight. All prices in EUR, VAT included. The exact amount is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.

  • Italy & EU: €4,99 for 1–2 T-shirts (parcels up to 450 g) · €6,99 for a hoodie or a parcel up to 750 g · €8,99 for larger parcels · free shipping from €70
  • United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: €9,99 (1–2 T-shirts) · €12,99 (hoodie or larger parcel) · free shipping from €100
  • USA & Canada: €7,99 (1–2 T-shirts) · €10,99 (hoodie or larger parcel)
  • Rest of the world: €12,99 (1–2 T-shirts) · €16,99 (hoodie or larger parcel)

2. Production time

Your item is printed and packed within 2–5 business days after your order (longer during peak seasons such as November and December).

3. Delivery time

Typical total time from order to your door:

  • Italy & EU: 7–12 business days
  • United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: 8–14 business days
  • USA & Canada: 8–14 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates. Unless agreed otherwise, we deliver no later than 30 days after your order. Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels, as items can be produced at different print facilities.

4. Tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you receive an email with the tracking number.

5. Customs and import duties

Orders within the EU are produced in the EU – no customs fees. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country; these are paid by the recipient.

6. Wrong address, lost or damaged parcels

Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment; the additional shipping costs are borne by you. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us at sillycraic24@gmail.com and we will send a replacement or refund you. Your statutory rights (see our Refund Policy and Terms) remain unaffected.
