Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Silly Craic piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
1. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party named by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us by a clear statement (e.g. an email) before the withdrawal period expires:

2. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
3. Returning the goods
Please send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
4. Damaged or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise faulty, contact us at sillycraic24@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, ideally with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item free of charge or refund you in full - no need to return the faulty item in most cases.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to withdraw from the original purchase and place a new order.
6. Statutory warranty
Your statutory warranty rights (legal guarantee of conformity under EU and Italian law) remain unaffected by this policy.
